Deshakatha
Deshakatha started as a weekly in 1930 under the editorship of Lala Nagendranath Ray. It was not managed by any particular group, hence it supported or opposed any group based on issues. It focused primarily on the news of Odisha accompanied by forceful opinion. Its editor expressed his independent views without favouring any particular group.
